Receta Crisp Okra

Ingredientes
- tali hui bhindi
- 600 gm okra
- 2 tsp cumin pwdr
- 1 tsp turmeric pwdr
- 1 tsp mango pwdr
- 1 tsp coriander pwdr
- 1 tsp chilli pwdr
- 120 gm rice flour
- 5 Tbsp. sunflower oil salt
Direcciones
- Wash the okra and dry thoroughly.
- Cut off the tops and then cut into halves lengthways.
- In a separate dish mix together the ponder spices and salt.
- Add in the okra and coat well.
- Sprinkle in the rice flour and mix.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
- When it is warm reduce the heat and drop in a few okra at a time.
- Keep turning frequently till crisp golden brown and done.
- Serve warm as the okra will become leathery when cool.
- Uses rice flour in the same way as one would use breadcrumbs for a crisp finish.
- Serves 4
