Ingredientes
- 6 ounce New potatoes*
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Margarine (lo-cal)
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Herb seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Pepper (to taste)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400*. Cut each potato* (cooked whole new potatoes, chilled)
- into 4 wedges and transfer to small bowl; set aside. In small saucepan or possibly metal measuring c. heat margarine; add in soy sauce and stir to combine. Pour margarine mix over potatoes and toss to coat thoroughly. Transfer potatoes to baking sheet, brushing with any remaining margarine mix.
- Sprinkle with seasonings and bake till crisp, about 1 hour. 1 serving=114
