Ingredientes
- 1 pound fish fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash grnd pepper
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pcs. Season, dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10 min without turning or possibly basting.
