- 3/4 pound fish fillet
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram leaves
- Healthy pinch pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- Garnish with paprika
Direcciones
- Arrange fish in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Combine all other ingredients except paprika and spread over fillets. Bake at 500 degrees 17 to 20 min or possibly till browned. Garnish with paprika.
