  • 1 pound fish fillets (fresh or possibly frzn and thawed)
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
  • Healthy pinch of pepper

Direcciones

  1. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pcs. Season with pepper, dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 min without turning. Serves 4.
