Receta Crispy Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 3-4 pound chicken wings
- 4 heaping tbsp. flour
- 2 heaping tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper (can use cayenne)
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- In an electric skillet, heat oil to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, add in 12 chicken wings at a time, seal bag and shake.
- When all wings are coated carefully, place in warm oil, cook 5-7 min on each side, turn and cook 5-7 min or possibly till done. Drain and serve.
