Ingredientes
- 1 can French-fried onions - (2.8 ounce) coarsely crushed
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
- 4 x thinly-sliced beef top round steaks (1 lb total)
Direcciones
- Place the broiler rack 8 to 10 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler. Place the French-fried onions in a shallow dish.
- In another shallow dish, combine the oil and the mustard. Dip the steaks into the oil mix, then into the onions, coating completely with each.
- Place the steaks on a rimmed baking sheet and broil for 3 to 4 min per side, or possibly till cooked through.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Serving size: 1 steak.
