Receta Crispy Fried Lobster Tail, Spicy Mustard Sauce

Ingredientes
- 5 x Raw lobster tails, cut into eighths
- 8 ounce Hot beer
- 1/2 c. Cornstarch
- 1/2 c. Flour Salt and white pepper to taste
- 1 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1 tsp White wine
Direcciones
- Place flour and cornstarch in a bowl. Add in beer and mix well till all ingredients are combined. Season with salt and pepper. Let mix rest for one hour.
- Dip raw lobster tail pcs into tempura batter. Deep-fry at 340 degrees F till golden (approximately 1 1/2 to 2 min).
- Serve with Mustard Sauce.
- Yield: 4 servings
- SPICY MUSTARD SAUCE:Mix all ingredients till smooth.
