Receta Crispy Lemon Grass Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced
- 1 c. oil
- 2 stalk lemon grass, thinly sliced
- 2 x shallots, thinly sliced
- 3 x cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. palm sugar, or possibly sugar
- 4 x dry chilies
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Direcciones
- In a wok with oil over high heat, deep-fry lemon grass till golden.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Pour off all but about 1 Tbsp. of the oil. Add in shallots and garlic and saute/fry briefly. Add in chicken and stir-fry about 3 min. Add in salt, soy sauce, palm sugar, dry chilies, fish sauce and black pepper, stirring till chicken is cooked. Serve on a platter sprinkled with deep-fried lemon grass.
