Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. flour (may use whole wheat)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds (may use minced nuts)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients till mixed. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake approximately 12 min or possibly till golden. 30-36 cookies.
