Receta Crispy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 2 c. corn flakes or possibly wheat flakes
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 heaping c. white sugar
- 1 heaping c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Combine butter, shortening, vanilla, Large eggs and sugars. Add in remaining ingredients mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min. About 6 dozen cookies.
