Receta Crispy Tenderloin Strips With Dill Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. chicken breast tenderloins
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 1/4 c. crushed buttery cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 11/2 teaspoon corn oil
Direcciones
- Mix all dip ingredients and let sit in refrigerator while preparing tenderloin strips.
- Crispy tenderloin: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking sheet with oil. Mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic pwdr and salt. Dip tenderloins in butter and roll in cracker crumb mix. Place in baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min or possibly till done. Serve with dill dip.
