Receta Criss Cross Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon soda
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar well. Add in Large eggs, blend add in peanut butter. Add in flour, salt and soda and mix a little at a time. Chill for 2 hrs. Form into small balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Criss cross with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
