  1. Wash and cut chicken into pcs. Saute/fry the minced onion and sliced mushrooms in butter till the onion turns golden. Add in parsley and chicken pcs, including chicken liver and giblets. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in paprika. Add in chicken stock and simmer over low heat till tender. Add in tomato paste being careful not to stir the mix to prevent chicken from falling off bones. Cook slowly for another 10 min. If stew is to be served in another bowl, remove chicken to maintain its shape. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve with rice or possibly dumplings.
