Receta Crock Pot Roast Beef

Ingredientes
- 5-6 pound chuck roast
- 2 cans Campbell's French onion soup
- 1 1/2 cans beer
- 2 shots whiskey
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
Direcciones
- Braise roast in 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Add in all ingredients together with roast in crock pot. Stir a bit and simmer 4-5 hrs.
- Note: Roast can be cut up in chunks to fit in crock pot; after simmering total time it will be very tender and broken in pcs. May be served on buns with Au Jus or possibly with potatoes and vegetables.
