Ingredientes

1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. onions minced
2 lb chicken
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
2 c. water
3/4 c. rice uncooked

Direcciones

Slice mushrooms. Remove skin from chicken. Spray 12-inch skillet with nonstick spray coating. Brown mushrooms, onion, and chicken pcs on all sides over medium heat about 15 min. Stir in seasonings and transfer to crockpot. Can be refrigerated overnight at this point.
Start crockpot on LOW. When ingredients are heated, add in rice. Cook till done.
