Ingredientes
- 6 x potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 x onions, minced
- 1 x carrot, sliced thin
- 1 stalk celery, sliced thin
- 4 x chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 5 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. salt pepper to taste
- 13 ounce can evaporated lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients except lowfat milk into crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs or possibly on high 3 - 4 hrs. Stir in lowfat milk during last hour.
