Receta Crockpot Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 6 x Potatoes )cut into pcs
- 2 x Onions, minced
- 3 x Carrots, diced
- 2 stalk celery, minced
- 4 x Chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Salt Pepper, to taste
- 1/3 c. Butter
- 13 ounce Evaporated lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Combine the above and cook on low 10-12 hrs or possibly high 3-4 hrs. During the last hour add in 1 13oz can evaporated lowfat milk and chives. We like fresh grated parmesean cheese sprinkled over the top.
