Receta Crockpot Spanish Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 med chicken, about 4 pounds, cut into serving pcs
- 1 x salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. diced carrot
- 1 lrg onion, diced
- 1 c. frzn green beans
- 1 can (4oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp tarragon
- 1/2 tsp savory
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 can (16oz.) stewed tomatoes
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 c. long grain rice
- 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Arrange chicken in bottom of crockpot. Add in the carrot, onion, beans, mushrooms, tarragon, savory, garlic pwdr, tomatoes and salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low 4 hrs. Stir in rice and water and continue cooking for an additional 2 to 3 hrs, stir occasionally.
