Receta Pasta And Mozzarella Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce corkscrew macaroni
- 1 recipe Parmesan dressing
- 10 ounce fresh spinach, torn
- 8 ounce cubed Mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounce thinly sliced ham or possibly mold pepperham
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni. Drain. Toss with dressing; add in remaining ingredients. Cover, refrigerate. Sprinkle 2 tbsp grated Parmesan over each serving (6 to 8 servings)
- Place 1 egg in blender, blend 5 seconds. With blender running, slowly add in 1 cup salad oil till thick. Add in 1/2 cup Parmesan, 1/4 cup white wine vinegar, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp grnd cloves, 1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped. Blend till smooth.
