Receta Crostini With Gorgonzola And Figs

Ingredientes
- 8 x baguette slices, 1/3"-thick
- 1/3 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese - (abt 2 ounce) room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. butter room temperature
- 3 lrg fresh ripe figs cut into thin wedges
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (preferably extra-virgin)
Direcciones
- Preheat broiler. Arrange baguette slices on baking sheet. Broil till lightly toasted on 1 side.
- Mash crumbled Gorgonzola and 1 Tbsp. butter in small bowl till smooth. Spread Gorgonzola mix proportionately over untoasted side of baguette slices. Top with figs. Drizzle oil over figs.
- Broil till Gorgonzola mix bubbles around edges, about 3 min. Transfer crostini to platter and serve.
