- 1. Wash chicken and pat dry.
- 2. Heat butter in bowl large sufficient to accomodate largest piece of chicken. Put Rice Crispies in same sized bowl. Use hands to crush crispies to desired texture.
- 3. Roll each piece of chicken in butter to coat and then in crispies to coat. Place on large cookie sheet. (Line it with foil first if desired for easy cleanup.)
