Receta Crumb Topped Alaska Cod

Ingredientes
- 1 lb cod fillets thawed if necessary Melted butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika Lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Cut cod into serving-size pcs. Coat on all sides in about 3 Tbsp. melted butter. Place in baking dish.
- Combine bread crumbs, parsley, seasonings and 1 Tbsp. melted butter. Sprinkle crumb mix over cod.
- Bake at 450 degrees 8 to 10 min or possibly till cod flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
- This recipe yields 4 servings. Recipe may be halved.
