Receta Crumbed Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 8 med Potatoes, peeled & quartered Boiling salted water
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine,melted
- 3 Tbsp. Dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp Salt Pepper, sprinkle
Direcciones
- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water till tender. Use tip of sharp knife to test rather than a fork. Drain. Return to heat to dry any remaining liquid. Watch closely.
- Mix remaining ingredients together. Add in to potatoes. Shake saucepan or possibly toss to coat.
- Serves 8
