- 1 Tbsp. Smooth peanut butter
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Wine vinegar pn Warm pepper flakes
- 1 x Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, [=1/4 lb]
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Gingerroot, chopped
Direcciones
- In measuring c., stir together 1/4 c. water, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar and warm pepper flakes.
- Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes. in nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook chicken, garlic and ginger, stirring, for 2-3 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink inside. Stir in peanut butter mix and bring to boil; reduce heat to low and cook, stirring, for 3 min or possibly till thickened.
