Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. bran
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1 c. fruit (peaches, pears, apples, berries)
- 3/4 c. yogurt or possibly buttermilk
- 2 Large eggs, beaten or possibly egg substitute
- 1/4 c. honey
Direcciones
- Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Chop fruit and combine with buttermilk or possibly yogurt, Large eggs, and honey in medium bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring lightly till dry ingredients are just moistened. Some lumps may remain. Place batter into 12 lightly oiled muffin c.. Bake for 20- 25 min in oven preheated to 400 degrees or possibly till golden.
