Receta Crunchy Fudge Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1 (6 ounce.) (1 c.) Nestle's butterscotch morsels
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 4 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies
- 1 (6 ounce.) (1 c.) Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
- 2 tbsp. soft butter
- 1 tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Heat butterscotch morsels with peanut butter in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly till well blended. Remove from heat. Add in Rice Krispies, stirring till well coated with butterscotch mix. Press half of cereal in 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Refrigeratein refrigerator while preparing fudge mix. Set remaining cereal mix aside. Combine chocolate morsels, sugar, butter, and water; stir over warm water till chocolate melts and till mix is well blended. Spread over chilled mix. Spread remaining cereal mix proportionately over top. Press gently. Remove from refrigerator about 10 min before cutting into squares.
