Receta Crunchy Guacamole Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 x Tomatoes, minced
- 1/2 c. Minced black olives
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Small size corn chips
- 1 x Avocado, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Salad oil
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
Direcciones
- Mix all salad ingredients except corn chips together. For dressing, beat all ingredients with mixer. Pour over salad that has been prepared. Chill.
- Add in corn chips. Toss again and serve.
- Yield: 8 servings.
