Receta Crunchy Onion Rings

Ingredientes
- 2 lg. onions
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- Cool lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Soak the onion rings in a deep bowl of cool lowfat milk for 1/2 hour; remove and dip in the beaten Large eggs. Mix the bread crumbs and seasonings together in another bowl. Dip the rings in the bread crumbs; shake off the excess and fry in electric frying pan or possibly deep fryer at 375 degrees F. Cook only a few at a time till golden. Turn once. Remove from oil; drain on paper towels.
