Receta Crunchy Zucchini And Tomatoes

Ingredientes
- 3 sm Zucchini, unpared, cut diagonally
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
- 1/2 x Clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 c. Cherry tomatoes, halved Salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced parsley
Direcciones
- Blanch zucchini with boiling water for 1 minute; drain. Heat margarine; add in onion and garlic. Saute/fry on med heat. Heat 1 minute. Add in zucchini; cook, covered 2 min. Add in tomatoes; cook, covered, 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper. Add in sesame seeds and parsley. Toss gently.
