Receta Crushed Red Berry Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Strawberries, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 c. Raspberries

- In a medium size bowl, sprinkle the strawberries with the sugar. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour allowing the berries to create their own syrup.
- Mash the berries with a potato masher or possibly wooden spoon, then add in the raspberries and mix well. Cover and chill for at least an hour to let the flavors mellow. Serve chilled or possibly at room temperature. Will keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
- Makes 1 1/3 c. (20 1 Tbsp. servings)
