- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
- Whipped cream or possibly ice cream (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine first 7 ingredients; beat 4 min at medium speed of electric mixer. Stir in nuts. Spread batter proportionately in a buttered 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. (Pie will puff, then fall slightly.) Serve if you like with whip cream or possibly ice cream.
