Receta Crustless Cheese Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 c. sliced zucchini
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese (Cheddar or possibly Swiss)
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or possibly to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Sprinkle 1/3 c. bread crumbs in lightly greased 10-inch pie plate. Cover with a layer of sliced zucchini. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese; layer the zucchini again and sprinkle with more bread crumbs and cheese.
- Combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, salt and pepper and pour over zucchini. Sprinkle top with any remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Allow the pie to sit for 10 min before slicing. Serve pie with marinated garden vegetables and homemade biscuits.
