Receta Crustless Pie

Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs, beaten till light
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Beat the Large eggs till light; add in the sugar, lowfat milk, melted butter, and flour. Continue beating till very light. Mix in cinnamon. Pour into a pair of 9" pie pans. Do not use a crust. This pie makes its own crust, a very thin one. (The pan can be greased and lightly floured before adding the mix.)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 min. If you want to substitute ordinary flour instead of self-rising, add in 1/2 tsp. baking pwdr and a healthy pinch of salt.
