Receta Crusty Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Fresh blueberries
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 c. Butter, for dotting
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, toss together the blueberries, lemon juice and vanilla. Spoon mix into a buttered 8 inch square baking pan. In a medium sized bowl, combine the bisquick, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the blueberry mix, then dot with the butter. Bake for 45 to 55 min, or possibly till just crispy.
- NOTES : This is mouth-watering just as is or possibly you can serve it with whipped cream, whipped topping or possibly ice cream.
