  1. Saute/fry onion in 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet for 4 min. Remove from skillet. Add in 2 Tbsp. oil, coat steaks with flour. Place in skillet, cook over medium heat for 4 min on each side. Sprinkle with salt. Place steaks on hot plates.
  2. Drain drippings. Add in sauteed onions, lowfat sour cream and undrained mushrooms to skillet. Heat to serving temperature. Serve with steak. NOTE: Noodles, rice or possibly mashed potatoes are excellent companion for steaks.
