Ingredientes
- 4-6 coarsely grnd cucumbers (3 1/2 c.)
- 6 med. carrots, grnd (1 1/2 c.)
- 2 med. onions, grnd (1 c.)
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
Direcciones
- Combine grnd vegetables and salt; let stand 3 hrs. Drain vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add in vegetables, simmer, uncovered 20 min. Seal at once.
