Receta Cucumber Oil Pickles

Ingredientes
- 5 doz green cucumbers, 4 inches long
- 5 c. Vinegar
- 20 sm Onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp White mustard seed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Celery salt
- 1 c. Salad oil Salt
Direcciones
- Wash cucumbers and slice without paring. Sprinkle freely with salt. Allow to stand 24 hrs. Drain. Add in onions. Combine vinegar, celery salt, mustard seed, and salad oil. Beat till well blended. Pour over cucumbers that have been packed in freshly sterilized jars. Florence Taft Eaton,
