Ingredientes
- 12 young cucumbers
- 6 med. onions
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon mustard seed
- 2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
Direcciones
- Slice cucumbers and onions thin. Add in 1/2 c. salt and cover with water and let stand 2 hrs. Drain then add in all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Fill sterilized jars and seal.
