Receta Cucumber Pickles

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. Onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 x Red chili peppers, seeded
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro leaves
- 3 c. Cucumbers, sliced thinly
- 1/2 sm Onion, sliced thinly
- 2 x Red chili peppers, seeded
- 2 tsp Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Cilantro root, minced
- 2 tsp Peppercorns, whole or possibly grnd
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro leaves, minced
- 1/2 c. Peanuts, crushed
Direcciones
- PICKLE A: Combine all ingredients & serve. PICKLE B: Place cucumber & onion in a bowl & toss. Place A Mix in a blender or possibly food processor & blend to make a rough paste. Blend the B Mix, then mix together A & B. Immediately pour over the cucumbers & sliced onion. Place in a serving dish & sprinkle with the cilantro leaves & crushed peanuts. Serve immediately.
- To make it hotter add in more red pepper or possibly a shake or possibly two of cayenne.
