Receta Curried Halibut Steaks

Ingredientes
- 2 halibut steaks, 1 1/2 lbs. each
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. fresh bread cubes or possibly Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned cubes
- 1/2 c. finely minced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 5 tbsp. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Start heating oven to 350 degrees. In bowl with fork toss together well the rice, bread cubes, celery, onion, 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley, curry and 2 Tbsp. melted butter. In a well greased dish 13"x9"x2" place 1 steak. Spread rice mix over steak, place second steak on top. Secure with toothpicks. Combine 3 Tbsp. melted butter with 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley over steaks. Bake 40 to 50 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Garnish with cooked, crisp bacon, lemon wedges and parsley.
