Receta Curried Honey Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 chicken breasts, skinless
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 3 tbsp. sesame seeds
Direcciones
- Mix lowfat milk, butter, mustard, honey and curry in baking dish. Add in skinless breasts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, covered. Flip over breasts 1/2 way through baking. Uncover and sprinkle with sesame seeds for last 15 min. Serve with wild rice and a vegetable.
