Receta Curried Macaroni Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas
- 2 med. celery stalks, sliced
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced Kling peaches
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. cooked ham, diced
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- Thirty min before serving: Prepare macaroni per label instructions, drain and return to pot. Meanwhile, prepare frzn peas, (let defrost). Add in peas, celery, peaches and ham to macaroni. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lowfat milk, curry and salt. Spoon mix over macaroni, toss gently. Line platter with lettuce. Spoon macaroni onto lettuce.
