  1. Brown chicken breasts in warm oil. Take pan off stove and let cold a bit. Remove chicken from pan. Add in lemons, garlic and 1/4 c. water to pan. Sprinkle chicken with oregano, salt and pepper and place back in pan with meaty part of breasts face down.
  2. Cover with lid and steam for 30 min. Check to make sure liquid isn't gone. Remove lid for last 10 min of cooking. Delicious warm or possibly cool.
