- 4 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. frzn peas
- 1/2 c. green onions, minced
- 1/2 c. fresh mint, minced
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 carrots, cut into sm. pcs
Direcciones
- Combine rice and vegetables and mint. Combine oil, lemon and spices toss with rice. Chill, serve with chunks of raw cabbage.
