Ingredientes
- 1 lb Scrod or possibly cod
- 2 Tbsp. Plus 2 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion flakes
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Sherry extract
- 1 ounce Grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange fish in a shallow buttered baking pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl. Spread mayonnaise mix over fillets. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake , uncovered, 25-30 min, or possibly till fish flakes easily.
