Receta Curried Salmon Rice Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1 can (17.5-ounce) salmon
- 1/3 c. Minced green onions
- 2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Minced or possibly powdered garlic
- 3 c. Cooked rice Lettuce
Direcciones
- Flake salmon. Remove skin and bones. Add in salmon, green onions, curry pwdr, lemon juice, cider vinegar, and garlic to rice. Mix well. Pack into plastic-lined loaf pan and refrigerateseveral hrs in refrigerator. When ready to serve, unmold onto lettuce-lined platter.
