  1. Break cauliflower and broccoli into florets, spears and pcs. Cut carrots into 1 inch wedges. Cook 10 min in boiling water. Drain.
  2. Stir soup, cheese, mayonnaise, and curry pwdr in a 2 qt casserole. Add in vegetables and mix well. Toss bread crumbs in butter and sprinkle on top. Bake till warm and bubbly about 40 min at 350 degrees. Serves 8-10.
