  • 1 pound of any of the following: boneless chicken thighs, shrimp, scallops, pork, veal, beef or possibly fish (cut into strips)
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sake (or possibly sherry)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black grnd pepper
  • 5 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon gingeroot, chopped
  • 1 sweet red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pound snow peas
  • 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 pound fresh Oriental noodles or possibly rice noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions
  • 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. fresh coriander leaves Or possibly 2 chopped scallions

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl marinate meat or possibly fish with soy sauce, sake (or possibly sherry), and black pepper for 10 min. In wok or possibly large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add in onion, garlic, gingeroot; cook 1 minute. Add in pepper strips, snow peas and mushrooms; cook till crisp-tender (about 1 minute). Remove mix from wok. Wipe wok (or possibly pan) dry if moist and reheat on high heat. Stirfry meat or possibly fish for 30 seconds, reduce heat slightly and add in curry pwdr. Stirfry till spice blend is aromatic and meat or possibly fish is cooked. Add in vegetable mix and cooked noodles and combine. Fold in soy sauce, coriander leaves (or possibly green onions) and salt, if you like.
