Receta Curry Chicken With Beer

Ingredientes
- 6 skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2/3 can beer
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In saucepan cook onion in butter till tender, not brown. Stir in soup, beer and seasonings. Simmer uncovered 10 min. Arrange chicken in baking dish. Pour sauce over. Bake uncovered 50-55 min at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve over egg noodles. Serves 4-6.
